Information from Third Parties
Business Partners: Information from partners or affiliates if you were referred to us.

To communicate with you about your inquiries, appointments, or service updates.
To improve our website and services through analytics and user feedback.

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile phone number, opt-in consent, and other personal information remain confidential and are not disclosed to unauthorized parties. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: With trusted third parties who assist us in delivering our services (e.g., website hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support) under strict confidentiality agreements.
Business Partners: With affiliates or contractors directly involved in providing services, bound by confidentiality obligations.
Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred with adequate safeguards.

5. International Data Transfers
Aeyes Property Intelligence LLC is based in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR), to protect your data during transfers.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy:
Service-related data: Retained for the duration of our relationship plus 7 years for tax and legal purposes.
Website usage data: Retained for up to 2 years for analytics.
Marketing data: Kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
Data is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, unless retention is required by law.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use a small number of essential cookies and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to operate this site and understand how it performs:
Essential Cookies: Necessary for site functionality (e.g., navigation).
Analytics (cookieless): We use the analytics built into Framer, our website platform, to understand aggregate usage such as pages viewed, referral sources, and device types. It sets no cookies and creates no persistent identifiers — visitors are counted using an anonymized, daily-rotating hash that cannot be traced back to an individual. We do not use Google Analytics.
Because our analytics are cookieless, we do not display a cookie consent banner. You can manage or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. If we introduce third-party services that use non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
8. SMS Notifications & Communications
AEYES Property Intelligence LLC sends transactional SMS notifications to registered platform users (inspection company owners, inspectors, and staff) who have provided their mobile phone number and opted in during account setup or onboarding.
Types of Messages
New inspection booking confirmations

Consent & Opt-In
SMS messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in. Consent is obtained at account registration or during the platform onboarding flow. By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS communications, you consent to receive the transactional messages described above. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages on this campaign.
Opt-Out & Help
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. To re-enable notifications, reply START. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at info@aeyespi.com. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.
No Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Security Measures
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and secure servers. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

11. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.
12. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights:
Disclosure: You can request details about the categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and third parties with whom it’s shared.
Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell your data, but you can submit an opt-out request for future changes.
Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Contact us to exercise these rights (see Section 4).
13. EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area: Our legal basis for processing is outlined in Section 2. You can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if unsatisfied with our response.
14. Canada Residents (PIPEDA)
We comply with PIPEDA by collecting data with your knowledge and consent, limiting use to stated purposes, and providing access to your information upon request.
