Because our analytics are cookieless, we do not display a cookie consent banner. You can manage or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. If we introduce third-party services that use non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.

8. SMS Notifications & Communications

AEYES Property Intelligence LLC sends transactional SMS notifications to registered platform users (inspection company owners, inspectors, and staff) who have provided their mobile phone number and opted in during account setup or onboarding.

  • New inspection booking confirmations
  • Inspection reminders and scheduling updates
  • Teammate mentions and collaboration alerts
  • Billing events and account notifications
  • Support replies and customer care responses

Consent & Opt-In

SMS messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in. Consent is obtained at account registration or during the platform onboarding flow. By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS communications, you consent to receive the transactional messages described above. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages on this campaign.

Opt-Out & Help

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. To re-enable notifications, reply START. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@aeyespi.com. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Security Measures

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and secure servers. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have such data, contact us immediately at support@aeyespi.com to request deletion.

12. California Residents (CCPA)
