WHY AEYES EXISTS

AEYES was built by an inspector who got tired of fighting his own tools.

I have done the inspections. Managed the schedules. Written reports late at night. Balanced clients, agents, family, and the pressure to get everything right. Like most inspectors, the hard part was never finding defects. It was everything that came after.

Most inspection software looks good in a demo but slows you down in the field. Too many clicks. Too much cleanup. Too much time behind a screen instead of moving on to the next job. So I built the software I wanted to use myself.

AEYES is home inspection software that follows your natural flow through the house, organizes findings as you go, and uses AI only where it genuinely saves time. Your judgment stays in control. The system stays out of your way.

Travis is a home inspector. He has done the inspections, managed the schedules and written reports at the kitchen table late at night, and the hard part was never finding defects. So he built the software he wanted to use himself: photo-led, following the house as the inspection happens, with the inspector’s judgment in charge.

Chris spent 22 years as a Naval intelligence officer, trained to notice the detail that changes the whole picture. That instinct carried him through a decade in home inspections and into coaching inspection companies on their systems. At AEYES he brings the same standard to the software: no AI for its own sake, just inspectors getting their time back.
