Built by Inspectors, for Inspectors

AEYES began with a simple belief: technology should handle more of the work surrounding an inspection, so professionals can focus on the inspection itself.

Better Intelligence, Not Just Better Reports

We believe the future of inspections will be shaped by systems that work quietly in the background: handling busywork, surfacing useful context, and letting professionals focus on what actually matters.

AEYES is the first step toward a broader property intelligence platform built around the entire inspection lifecycle, from scheduling and fieldwork to reporting, communication, and follow-up.

AEYES was built by a home inspector who was tired of fighting his own tools. Travis has done the inspections, managed the schedules, written reports late at night, and balanced clients, agents, family, and the pressure to get everything right. The hardest part was rarely finding the defects. It was everything that came after. So he built the software he wanted to use himself: a photo-led system that follows the natural inspection workflow, keeps judgment in the inspector’s hands, and reduces the work between one inspection and the next.

The People Behind AEYES

Inspectors, designers and engineers. Three people building the software we wanted to use in the field.
